Empowering the unity of knowledge and action to build a new chapter of development

To enhance the business communication skills of all employees and efficiently resolve business conflicts, on April 3rd, Xinqiao Company specially invited Professor Wang Hongsheng from Shandong Agricultural University to conduct a special training session. All employees at the company headquarters participated in the training, and colleagues from the Tianjin branch also traveled to the headquarters to participate in the learning, achieving synchronized improvement across both locations and jointly promoting management upgrades.

This course focused on the core content of communication and negotiation. The lecturer used a case study of cell activity as an entry point to deeply analyze the root causes of business conflicts. Combining the key points of the course, they systematically explained methods to overcome communication loss, principles of efficient communication, conflict resolution strategies, and negotiation techniques, comprehensively covering the entire process of communication and negotiation in business scenarios. The content was rich and highly practical.

The training was interactive throughout, with a lively atmosphere. In response to the lecturer's questions, many employees actively raised their hands and answered enthusiastically. To test the learning effectiveness, a practical demonstration session was specially set up. Several employees voluntarily took the stage and confidently and fluently presented their speeches, flexibly applying what they learned in the course. This fully demonstrated the solid professional qualities and excellent on-the-spot performance of Xinqiao employees.

This training is an important measure for the company to implement its "employee intellectualization" strategy.
